Not sure about layout/template/style/etc.
Fretting over web design is the best way to avoid trying and failing at actual art projects.
I welcome input.

I became a fan of Tao Nyeu after seeing THIS hanging on the wall at the brewery art walk.
Reminds me of Frog & Toad books and happier childhood moments...
I will post more pix/drawings soon. I just haven't hooked up my scanner to my new computer yet.

Sunday = Brewery Artwalk
I enjoyed the following:
Mike Tracy
Dave Lefner (Reduction Linocuts)
FoundPhoto
John Smith
Tao Nyeu
I saw tons of amazing art, but the links above were what I culled from the handful of cards floating around the bottom of my bag at the end of the day.
I also took an afternoon hop to the Garden of the Gods in Chatsworth. Apparently the rocks there were used as location shoots in some old Star Trek tv episodes. That was kind of cool. It would be cooler if I had pix. I'm in the midst of some technology switch up/switchouts. Not everything is hooked up to everything else. (that's a good way to describe my life in general...)
Oh weekends, how quickly you give me the slip. Was it something I said??

A little taste of what's to come:
Regardless of the glacial pace, moving forward is moving forward. It just takes me a little while to figure new things out, and takes even longer for me to get the hang of them.
And that's how I do.
Love me or leave me.
(You will not have been the first.)
In preparation for take off, please observe the fasten seat belt sign when illuminated, and be aware that your nearest exit might be behind you.

More to be filed under "found art".
This is art I found waiting for me on my doorstep this evening as I came home from work. It was a package from my cousin Jesse-- sending along some cool stuff from my aunt Rose. He decorated the box and also made some excellent cover art for a mix cd he included. (Complete with anagram!)
Thanks a mil, Jess. You made my evening! Keep on keepin' on!
